We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This individual will play a key role in shaping our brand image and creating compelling visuals for our social media platforms, marketing materials, website, and more.

Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer will work closely with the VP to develop and execute visually engaging designs that align with our brand and marketing objectives. This role involves managing the design and content creation for social media, developing marketing collateral, designing web images, and supporting various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, animations, and videos.
• Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
• Design web images, advertisements, and other digital assets to support online marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the VP to execute creative strategies and ensure consistency across all visuals and branding materials.
• Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and deliver ideas that enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual communications.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, social media best practices, and emerging tools to continually improve content quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in social media content creation and a solid understanding of platform-specific design requirements.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of web design and tools such as WordPress or Canva is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a bonus.
