• Follow all Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines.
• Completes all production orders accurately and within
• Dunkin’ Donuts specifications and standards
• Preparing and decoration donuts according the established recipes and standards.
• Completing side work and tasks in a safe manner while maintaining a clean work area.
• Participates in team work to ensure each task is completed in a timely manner
• Maintain a Proactive, courteous, responsive and respectful work environment.
• Report to work on time as scheduled with a clean, complete uniform.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all production equipment.

Requirements Teamwork:

• Actively learns and partners with manager to complete required Dunkin’ Donuts training
• Supports the training of new crew members as requested
• Works well with the team and treats people with respect
• Responds positively to coaching and direction
• Arrives ready to work on time

Profitability:

• Follows all standards to reduce waste
• Follows uniform and grooming standards
• Clocks in and out at the scheduled time
• Adheres to all processes and policies
• Prepares all products following appropriate Dunkin Standards
