Job Description

We are looking for a visionary leader to help incubate and scale innovative, AI-driven business opportunities. As a Director of Labs, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, to identify and develop exciting new growth opportunities. Your role will be critical in driving the next $100M opportunity through launching products, optimizing digital workflows, and maximizing user conversion using Lean Startup principles.

Key Responsibilities

Identify & Evaluate Opportunities: Assess and prioritize new ideas based on market potential, revenue growth, and EBITDA impact.
Drive Innovation: Lead the rapid testing of new concepts, using Lean Startup principles to ensure efficient experimentation and validation.
Collaboration: Partner with customer research and data analytics teams to align product opportunities with user needs and ensure a seamless product development process.
Product Development: Define requirements for Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and iterative enhancements.
Team Leadership: Build, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and execution in a dynamic environment.
What We're Looking For

Experience: 7+ years of experience, including 5+ years in digital product strategy and growth.
Proven Success: A strong track record of successfully launching products from concept to market, with a measurable financial impact.
AI & Tech Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and emerging technologies.
Rapid Testing & Data-Driven Decision Making: Expertise in customer-driven experimentation, testing, and using data to inform decisions.
Leadership Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and project management capabilities.
Proactive Attitude: A self-starter with a bias for action, who thrives in ambiguous environments.
Education: A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or background in Computer Science is a plus.
