Digital Content Editor Description

We are looking for a skilled Digital Content Editor with strong HTML experience to create and optimize content across various digital channels. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop new skills while working on email campaigns, web communications, SMS, and other digital formats. You will be responsible for executing A/B testing, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring high-quality content delivery.

Responsibilities

• Modify content and make copy changes to support A/B testing or new creative launches
• Build and implement emails, web communications, SMS, and other digital content
• Ensure strong HTML and mobile-responsive coding practices
• Create new messages using existing email and app templates
• Execute and analyze tests supporting key hypotheses
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute campaigns
• Conduct thorough QA before review and production launches
• Pull and compile campaign reports accurately to assess consumer engagement
• Utilize liquid code to personalize communications

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital content creation or campaign execution
• Strong HTML skills and ability to edit and optimize content
• Proficiency in mobile-responsive coding
• Experience with email and/or app notification platforms, including campaign setup, list segmentation, personalization, and automation
• Knowledge of Cordial, Braze, or similar cross-channel marketing and customer engagement platforms
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and creating slide decks
• Technically savvy with a solid understanding of coding fundamentals
• Action-oriented with the ability to work intuitively while following established processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance
• English level B2+
