Treatment Coordinator Job description:

We are seeking an outgoing and friendly Treatment Coordinator with a great attitude to work in our E. 26th St. Sioux Falls, SD office! The right candidate must have exceptional customer service skills in professional dentistry. The person we are looking for needs to be a team player who is self-motivated, hardworking and an expert at multitasking. Must be proficient in dental knowledge and terminology. Dental experience IS required!(Registered Dental Assistants and Hygienists are encouraged to Apply!).

Responsibilities:

  • Work with staff to ensure that daily/weekly/monthly duties completed
  • Bring a positive attitude to the team daily by encouraging staff and recognizing hard work
  • Going over treatment plans with patients and financial options
  • Greeting and scheduling patients when needed
  • Collect payment from patients at time of service when needed
  • Verify and update patient information
  • Keep an eye on schedules daily
  • Ensures schedules are running at maximum efficiency
  • Knowledge of Solution Reach
  • Calls on and monitors the continuing care list daily
  • Calls on and monitors the treatment manager list daily
  • Utilizes all technology to reach out to patients (phone, text, email)
  • Helps increase the daily/monthly reappointment rates for continuing care and treatment
  • Take initiative
  • Work independently
