Compensation: $30-34/hr - Bonus Program- Generous Benefits

Availability: Monday- Friday, 8-5 pm. 3 days in office; 2 days working from home.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Support: This position is accountable for supporting the development and implementation of key strategies impacting the entire Customer Service Team.
• Work closely and support internal teams:
• Supply Chain Team: logistics and inventory-related communication.
• Sales Teams: ensuring alignment on orders, forecasting, and customer needs.
• Maintain relationships and support Brokers
• Act as the main point of contact for Warehouse & Carrier Representatives regarding logistics and shipping
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience/knowledge in logistics, food/supply chain, and/or related.
• High-energy, positive, and collaborative personality, thriving in team settings and working well with diverse groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, serving as a liaison among different stakeholders.
• Proven customer service experience in managing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining efficiency.
