The Role:

Chick-fil-A Lake Oswego is seeking an experienced and passionate  Culinary Director to lead our kitchen operations in Lake Oswego, OR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team that ensures excellence in food safety, quality, and cost management. If you are looking for an opportunity to make an impact in others through serving, leader development and Great Food, we would love to talk! The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of leadership/management experience with a proven track record of leading and developing others. The successful candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to keep composure under high pressure and make decisions quickly without compromising these skills. Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, coach, and train a high performing kitchen leadership team
• Lead and model Chick-fil-A Lake Oswego's Core Values
• Drive world class results in the areas of food quality, food safety, and customer experience.
• Mentor Kitchen Team Leaders through regular meetings, goal setting, and feedback
• Work closely with the other Directors and proactively unify the leadership team
• Oversee Inventory management, including ordering, counts, and organization.
• Oversee Kitchen team member labor scheduling
• Pursue and achieve quarterly & annual financial goals (Labor and Food Cost)
• Lead Equipment and facilities maintenance/repair by partnering with Assistant Director, BOH.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment through rigorous systems, checklists, and coaching.
