Qualifications
We're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

Active CPA License - Required.
Public Accounting Experience - At least 5+ years of recent experience in a paperless environment.
Technical Expertise - Proven ability to review complex returns (e.g., 1065s for real estate/construction clients), manage 1031 exchanges, special allocations, cost segregation studies, and partnership agreement analyses.
Leadership & Communication - Strong skills in supervising project teams, managing client engagements, and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members.
Technical Skills - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and tax software (ideally CCH Axcess & Engagement).
Problem-Solving Abilities - Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing technologies.
Team-Oriented Approach - Enjoys collaborating, sharing knowledge, and learning from others.
What You'll Do
As a Tax Manager, you will:

Review and oversee the preparation of complex tax returns.
Research and resolve intricate tax issues.
Supervise and mentor project teams to achieve outstanding results.
Manage client engagements and build strong relationships.
Contribute to process improvements and embrace evolving technology.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $112,000-$135,000 annually, adjusted for cost of living where applicable.
