Are you a detail-oriented writer with a passion for eCommerce and product storytelling? We're looking for an E-Commerce Copy Coordinator to join our team on an 11-month contract , working onsite five days per week at our eCommerce Photo Studio in Dayton, OH . In this entry-level role, you'll transform product details into compelling, sales-driven copy while ensuring accuracy and consistency across digital platforms. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content development within a fast-paced retail environment.


The E-Commerce Copy Coordinator is an entry-level role responsible for transforming raw product data into compelling, sales-driven copy that enhances the customer shopping experience. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage a high volume of daily copy deliverables, and a commitment to maintaining brand voice and accuracy. Under the guidance of the Copy Leadership team, the Copy Coordinator ensures product descriptions are informative, engaging, and aligned with company standards.


This role is based at the eCommerce Photo Studio in Dayton, OH and plays a key part in maintaining the integrity and consistency of product content across digital platforms.



Responsibilities:

• Trains to handle a heavy workload of daily copy deliverables under close supervision of Product Copywriters and Copy Supervisor.
• Accurately and completely transfers each item's details into the copy for benefit-oriented, customer-friendly copy.
• Become familiar with Copy Manual to ensure all necessary information is input into content management system based on current directives.
• Ensures all images associated with products are accurate and appropriate based on style guide and directives.
• Flags problems as they arise and works to troubleshoot solutions with Copywriters and Copy Supervisor.
• Takes time to investigate individual products and larger trends to ensure up-to-date relevancy.
• Reports to Copy Supervisor for daily task assignments and copy approvals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years in copywriting, editing, proofreading.
• Bachelors Degree.
