Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team in Walnut Creek, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience with redlining and inputting contracts/agreements into a database. This is an on-site position. Responsibilities: - Manage contract intake requests, ensuring proper assignment and monitoring throughout the process. - Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate contract signatures, distribution, and e-filing of legal documents. - Support scheduling needs, including setting up meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements. - Oversee invoicing processes, budget tracking, and spending documentation. - Handle administrative tasks related to lower-level agreements such as NDAs, consulting agreements, and MTAs. - Provide backup support to senior paralegals on legal administrative tasks. - Maintain real-time access and updates within the contract database. - Assist with light drafting of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Collaborate on process improvements to enhance efficiency in contract and administrative workflows. - Ensure a high level of multi-tasking and prioritization to meet deadlines effectively. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration or a related field. - Strong proficiency in contract management and renewal processes. - Familiarity with CLMS (IronClad, CobbleStone or DocuSign) - Excellent organizational skills, including calendaring and meeting coordination. - Ability to handle administrative tasks such as budget tracking and invoicing. - Experience with drafting or reviewing legal agreements is preferred. - Strong communication skills to interface effectively with stakeholders. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
