Job Description
Adecco is assisting a local client in Lake Forest that is seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator. This is a month-to-month temporary assignment.
As a Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring contracts adhere to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drafting and reviewing contracts
· Assist in contract negotiations
· Identify potential contractual risks
Requirements:
· BA Degree + 1 year of experience in contract administration.
· Working knowledge of contract documents, terminology and definitions.
· Must be organized, with good written and verbal communication skills, process oriented, analytical, deadline driven, self-starter with ability to resolve problems, make recommendations and decisions and collaborate with others.
· Demonstrated keyboard skills. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (primarily Word and Excel). Rudimentary knowledge of Powerpoint and Access desirable. Must have ability to set up and work in manual and electronic filing and database systems (e.g.,Touchpoint, Oracle Sales Contracts, Docuware) for information capture, research, documentation and process flow mapping.
**Pay Details:** $25 - $30.00 per hour D.O.E.
