Our global oil and gas client is looking for someone to add to the team. Located in downtown Denver this is a hybrid role. WFH on Monday and Friday and in office T, W, Th.
Must haves for this role include:
Oil and gas lease records experience
Joint Operating Agreements
Understand lease provisions and payments
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Analyses and inputs lease data to ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency.
• Prepares full and partial releases, assignments and Exhibit A’s for producing properties.
• Assists with working monthly calendars for leases.
• Assists Land Operations as requested.
• Conducts lease/unit reviews for shut-in wells and processes payments, subject to review and approval.
• Identifies and tracks contractual obligations associated with lease acquisitions, trades and divestitures.
Qualifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn other computer applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Quorum Land System/SAP experience a plus.
5+ years of experience
