We’re looking for a Home Construction Supervisor with experience in Prefabrication Structures to lead a talented crew and ensure the successful completion of residential construction projects.Position Overview:
We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barn construction (prefabrication), home construction, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Home Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction activities, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage and direct subcontractors, vendors, and construction workers.
Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Develop and maintain project schedules and address any delays or issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any concerns.
Monitor and manage project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections and provide guidance to ensure adherence to construction plans and specifications.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, prefabrication structures required.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
