Key Responsibilities - Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resources.
- Identify project risks and execute mitigation strategies.
- Monitor performance using KPIs and ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
- Team Leadership & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for production teams, clients, and vendors.
- Facilitate team meetings, status reports, and on-site walkthroughs.
- Coordinate and coach crews and subcontractors with clear expectations and support.
- Quality, Safety & Documentation
- Perform inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain meticulous documentation: safety sheets, project photos, material records.
- Oversee daily tool/material inventory and ensure site readiness and cleanup.
- Customer & Vendor Coordination
- Communicate proactively with clients on progress, questions, and next steps.
- Coordinate logistics: material deliveries, trailers, equipment placement.
Qualifications - Must have 5+ years of experience in construction project management (roofing/exteriors required).
- Must have a valid drivers license
- High School diploma or GED required; OSHA 10 certification mandatory.
- Expertise in roofing and façade systems; multi-scope residential and commercial.
- Strong familiarity with Gantt tools, EagleView, drones, AR layout apps, and digital dashboards.
- Customer-first communicator and strategic thinker with an ownership mindset.
- Able to inspect sites, manage documentation, and maintain project quality independently.

Schedule - Full-Time: Monday - Friday
- Weekends and overtime as needed
- Travel projects eligible for per diem
Work Location - Hybrid: Project management from office and on-site at residential and commercial job sites.
