Job Overview:
Concrete Solutions Unlimited is seeking a skilled Concrete Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of concrete equipment, including but not limited to a Ligchine laser screed, skid loaders, and track skid loaders with laser graders. This position will also be responsible for the operation and continuous training of our Total Station. The candidate must be able to assist with equipment deliveries to various jobsites, snow removal, and may be asked to run small jobs as needed. The ideal candidate must also demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by following the proper industry procedures and wearing appropriate protective equipment when necessary.

Requirements:
Responsible for all operations, maintenance, cleaning, and storage of equipment
Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper operation and safety
Follow project specifications and instructions from the site supervisor
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within specifications
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordination with maintenance personnel for repairs
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Concrete Equipment Operator or similar role
Knowledge of various concrete equipment and their operation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred
