We are seeking an Entry-Level Community Outreach Assistant to join our team. No prior experience is needed—we provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help you succeed in community engagement, event support, and public relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent our organization and clients at community events and outreach initiatives
Engage with community members to share information, promote programs, and build positive relationships
Assist with planning, organizing, and executing outreach campaigns and events
Support social media, email, and marketing efforts to enhance community engagement
Track outreach activities, gather feedback, and report on performance metrics
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of outreach projects
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Motivated to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends for events
