Responsibilities: • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Lead generation • Database generation • Database systems • Set appointments • Close sales • Commercial sales script mastery Qualifications: • Independent and self motivated • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Real estate license • Commission opportunity • Good communication • Commercial real estate experience preferred About Company: Keller Williams Princeton is New Jersey’s most collaborative office.
