Childcare Teacher | Douglasville

The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Childcare Teacher for our school on Stewart Mill Road. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you!

Pay rate of $12-$19 per hour
The rate of pay for this position will be determined based on a combination of the following factors: the specific role, candidate’s relevant education, qualifying experience, and credentials/certifications. For example, candidates with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field and applicable experience may qualify for a rate toward the top end of this range. Candidates with limited experience and education may be paid mid-range. Candidates with a high school diploma and limited experience may be paid towards the lower end of the scale.

Teacher Responsibilities :

Requirements

• Lead Teacher: Minimum of a CDA required.
• Assistant Teacher: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of experience working as a teacher at a licensed childcare center.
• Successful state background checks and health assessments.
