Summary

Cheyenne?s Early Learning Center II a center based licensed childcare facility looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills bilingual preferred not required and an upbeat attitude. Looking for a loving, dedicated, and qualified assistant director and director to manage the child care facility. The desired salary of this position depends on the individuals qualifications and experience .

Duties

Potential candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to CELC II by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance. Which include supervising and managing staff, hiring and training staff, meeting with parents, developing programs and curricula, establishing policies, budgeting programs and complying with OEC regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate?s Degree in related field or Degree in ECE
• MUST have 1+ years of experience working in a child care setting
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Provide 3 professional references
• Knowledge of NAEYC accreditation a plus
• Knowledge of CT ELDS/ DOTS
• Prior administrative experience.
• Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
• Attention to detail
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
