Position : Chief of Staff

Work Hours (Client) : Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST   

Pay Range : $1500 - $2000 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : Latin America

Work Location : REMOTE

Duties and Responsibilities:

We’re a lean, driven commercial real estate company managing deals, listings, and media across the U.S. We’re looking for a remote operator who can support our team behind the scenes—handling everything from applicant tracking to marketing, CRM cleanup to contract filing, and beyond. 

 

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building structure, streamlining operations, and freeing up others to focus on high-value work. You won’t just be executing tasks— you’ll be owning outcomes, tracking open loops, and keeping every department moving in sync.

 
  • Recruiting & Onboarding: Post job descriptions, filter and vet top applicants, onboard new hires, and manage access to digital files via SharePoint. 
  • Marketing Collateral & Branding: Create leasing flyers and offering memorandums in Canva; manage all social media content and scheduling; send newsletters for new deals and podcast drops. 
  • Lead Tracking & CRM: Track all inbound leads from Crexi, LoopNet, website, cold calls, and podcasts. Manage CRM data hygiene, assign leads, clean duplicates, and ensure every contact is tagged properly. 
  • Document & Contract Management: Send contracts for signature via DocuSign, then file and organize everything in SharePoint. 
  • Sales Ops & Research: Scrub lead lists, research owner info and phone numbers, manage tour scheduling and calendars, and track broker deal pipelines. 
  • Operational Systems & SOPs: Build and maintain company SOPs and checklists. File receipts and expenses, maintain our listings on CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and WordPress. 
  • Podcast & Content Coordination: Schedule and upload podcast bookings, help promote and distribute across platforms.
 

Minimum Requirements:

 

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)

Experience: 3+ years of related experience

Bonus Points If: 

  • You’ve worked with CRE brokers, agents, or property teams.  
  • You have experience with sales enablement, operations, or marketing coordination. 
  • You’ve built automations, SOPs, or dashboards that improved a team's efficiency.  
  • You have design skills (Canva) or are comfortable editing WordPress.
