KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead financial statement preparation and analysis for a portfolio of clients
• Provide tax planning and compliance services including corporate and individual tax returns
• Offer strategic financial guidance and consulting to clients
• Conduct audits reviews and compilations in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with team members and clients to address financial challenges and opportunities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Certified Public Accountant designation (CPA) OR Enrolled Agent (EA) certification mandatory
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters degree preferred
• 35 years or more of CORPORATE (1120S or 1065 partnership) tax experience
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
