Home Time: Every 18 days out, 5 days off
Pay raises of $0.01 per mile each year on your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd anniversaries
Transition Pay: Teams earn $3,850 (with Hazmat) or $3,450 (without Hazmat) + 2 days PTO in the first 30 days
Safety Bonuses: $3,250 (with Hazmat) or $2,850 (without Hazmat) every 90 days + 2 additional PTO days
Anniversary Bonus: $100 for each year of continuous service, paid annually
Hazmat Premium Pay: $0.04/mile (on placarded loads, less than 2% of freight)
Detention Pay: Starts after only 1 hour
