Duties And Responsibilities - Produce accurate CAD drawings and models based on engineering specifications and requirements.
- Assist engineers with design layouts, plans, and schematics.
- Revise and modify existing drawings as needed based on feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain and update CAD libraries and documentation for future use.
- Ensure that all CAD drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with engineers, developers, and other project stakeholders.
- Manage and organize project files and documentation.
- Review project specifications and technical details to ensure design accuracy and completeness.
Job Requirements / Qualifications - A degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles, drafting standards, and design practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role in an MEP engineering consultant firm is a plus.
- Proficient in using Excel and Word software programs.
