About the role, Your Impact

Baxter & Woodman has a rewarding opportunity for a CAD Technician in our Houston or Katy, TX office. This position will support the firm’s Water Group and assist with the design and production of a variety of Municipal facilities.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Produce and edit Municipal Water/Wastewater drawings, including Site Plans & Sections and details using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Produce and edit Underground Utility and Infrastructure Plan & Profiles using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Produce and edit various Exhibits.

Must-haves, what you will bring

• 5 or more years of experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D manipulating Paper Space, Model Space, and Base Drawings, to produce civil engineering plans for public water, wastewater, storm water and roadway infrastructure systems.
• Experience using AutoCAD REVIT is a plus.
• Strong verbal, computer, organizational, and writing skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment on a variety of projects.

Compensation The hourly range for this role is $30.00-$40.00. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications.
