Chicago Oriental Wholesale Market is a fast-paced Asian food & beverage wholesaler looking for a dedicated Bilingual Vietnamese Sales Representative to join our growing team!

Must speak English and Vietnamese

Monday - Friday (8-5pm Full Time) Available

50K-60K Salary after off-site/ work with restaurants independently, first 6-9 months in house training $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Using the call log to place outbound calls to customers for new orders.
• Maintaining good relationships with customers during the call log process.
• Suggest new products to customers, ask for product suggestions, field complaints, and inquire whether the customer is satisfied with our service.
• Maintaining attention to details (item sold out, item notes, price changes, limited quantities, discrepancies).
• Ensuring all orders are correct.
• Maintaining customer’s satisfaction.
• Providing products and services as customer requests.
• Following up all issues customer’s complaints, including incoming calls for orders, payments, questions, complaints, returns, order status, and general feedback.
• Collaborating with colleagues in many different sectors.
• Answering the questions about the products.
• Contacting new and existing customers to discuss needs.
• Working at the pickup station to check pickup orders, and direct warehouse staff to move the proper quantities of product to customer vehicles.
• Acquiring new accounts.
• Escalating matters to a supervisor when appropriate.
• Providing coverage to other roles during absences / vacations.
• Being prepared to work inhouse and outside to visit customers occasionally.
• Other sales duties may be required.
• Checking process.
• Helping in the filing process on a daily basis (paid and unpaid invoices, generating statements, calculate open balances)
• Helping in the digital filing process (mark packed, mark posted, create payments, update customer data, etc).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
