Job Description

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking a result-driven QBHP, BCaBA, or BCBA to join our T.R.A.C. family. The candidates must be able to collaborate as a team and be able to support one another as we assist all with being able to overcome the obstacles associated with the diagnoses, together.

Responsibilities:

• The candidates must be able to write result-driven programs and approximately 2 programs for each requested hour of authorizations that take a minimum of 15-20 minutes to complete. 
• All must be able to work collaboratively and discuss cases (struggles and areas where all were successful) for the team to be able to help all clients and their family members to reach their goals.
• All must be able to turn in the assessments to the clinical director or clinical coordinator for review before submitting them. 
• Assessments must be able to be conducted in a fashion that is objective with goals that assist the client with being able to overcome the obstacles associated with their diagnoses.
• Family guidance and supervision must be conducted in such a way that assists the technician together with the client to be able to reach their personal and professional goals.
• Must know about conducting writing/assessments, writing and implementing programs and targets.
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of conducting assessments and reviewing assessments per the job description (AFLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R).

QBHP Regulations:  

• Must have obtained a Master's Degree in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis or have obtained the coursework to be able to practice as a QBHP per the requirements. 
• Must have a passion to prepare technicians to run their sessions based on the authorizations which are medically necessary for the technicians, together with the clients to better reach their goals.

BCBA Requirements:
Must show proof of verified experience hours, certifications, or transcripts per the BCBA.
