Twisted Bean, a drive-thru coffeehouse bringing the highest quality coffee to central Iowa since 2006, is hiring baristas for our Urbandale and Ankeny locations. What You’ll Do:

As a Barista at Twisted Bean, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver amazing coffee and exceptional service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Crafting delicious coffee beverages with precision and care.
• Providing friendly, fast, and efficient service to our customers.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Working as part of a team to keep the drive-thru running smoothly.
• Bringing positive energy to every shift and creating a welcoming atmosphere!

✅ What We’re Looking For:

No prior experience? No problem! We provide advanced training to help you succeed. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:

• A flexible schedule, including availability on weekends.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work 10-30 hours per week, Monday-Sunday between 6:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
• Dependable and punctual.

• Great Pay : Start at $12.25/hour depending on experience ($10.25 base + $2.00 On Time Bonus).
• Tips : Earn $18.00 - $22.00+ per hour with tips after your training period.
• Flexible Hours : Choose from 10-30 hours per week at two convenient locations.
