Be part of the next chapter at the historic Helms Bakery in Culver City. Our newly renovated, state-of-the-art Coffee Shop, owned and operated by Michelin-rated Chef Sang Yoon which features a micro coffee roaster, in-house Bakery, Deli, and a highly curated Retail Market.
We’re building our team from the ground up. Be one of the first to join, help shape the experience, and roast with us. This role also offers the unique opportunity to learn coffee roasting using state-of-the-art, eco-friendly methods a rare chance to grow your craft in sustainable roasting.
