Duties: 

• Clean rooms and office hygiene, restock, and inventory management to ensure rooms are ready for patient use.
• Answer phones, schedule patient appointments, confirm appointments, check patients in and out, process payments and post payments, and check patient insurance benefits.
• Educate patients about products and procedures that benefit them and answer any questions regarding products and procedures available at the office.
• Prepares and assembles medical record documentation/charts for physician(s) utilizing electronic medical record applications.
• Updates patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information in the patient chart.
• Prepares and sends all documentation to physicians for review and approval via authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures.
• Complies with policies, including those relating to HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA.
• Performs other clerical duties and tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow as assigned.
• The ideal candidate will also receive additional training to become a provider for EmSculpt, EmSella, and CoolSculpting.
