We’re looking for a Remote Appointment Scheduler to coordinate and manage customer appointments for vehicle sales, test drives, and service visits. This position is only open to candidates residing in the United States and allows you to work from home while assisting customers with their scheduling needs.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and confirm appointments for sales, test drives, and service.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain and update appointment records in the system.
• Send reminders and follow-ups to reduce cancellations.
• Coordinate with dealership staff to optimize scheduling efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality guidelines.

• Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of appointments.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and CRM tools.
