POSITION PURPOSE: The Administrative Assistant to the Director of Finance and Human Resources provides essential administrative and clerical support to the Director and the overall department. This role assists in managing daily operations, maintaining records, coordinating communications, and ensuring the smooth functioning of finance and human resources activities within the school corporation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism.

WORK CALENDAR: 52 weeks; 260 of days per year; 40 of hours per week
WAGES AND BENEFITS: Wages and benefits are according to Board approved rates and Classified Handbook.
Inclusion in the Indiana Public Retirement System (INPRS) with employer contributions to the pension plan.
