The CLLD Administrative Assistant assists the CLLD department in all areas of the Older Adult Center.

ABOUT YOU
You are a team player and have experience working with Seniors.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

• Assists Manager with creative ideas for programs, parties, trips
• Data entry into computer software program (STARS)
• Clerical work – filing, photocopies, scanning
• Provide assistance to CLLD receptionist and covering desk when needed
• Responsible for collection of all sign in sheets and processing of CLLD suggested contributions.
• Assisting with intake and other case assistance tasks as needed
• Assists Chief Program Officer with assigned administrative tasks
• All other tasks assigned by CLLD Managers/ Directors

 

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Computer competency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. 

SALARY
$36,000-40,000 Annual
