Job Description

A well-established healthcare organization is seeking an Actuarial Analyst to join its team. This is a full-time, on-site position with no remote or hybrid options. The role involves supporting actuarial functions, including pricing, trend analysis, reserving, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and experience with actuarial modeling and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis to support pricing, reserving, and forecasting initiatives.
• Research and validate data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain and update actuarial models for business decision-making.
• Develop financial and enrollment reports for internal review.
• Utilize actuarial software and databases, such as SAS and SQL, for data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.25 preferred.
• Completion of at least one SOA exam is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with databases, SAS, and SQL is preferred.
