We're looking for a dedicated ACT Clinical Manager to lead a compassionate and mission-driven Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. In this role, you'll oversee clinical operations, support a team of professionals, and ensure that individuals receive the highest quality of care to help them lead fulfilling lives.
What You'll Do
Lead the ACT Team: Manage day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, ensuring appropriate 24/7 coverage, and facilitating daily team meetings.
Oversee Client Care: Ensure individuals receive quality care by supporting their recovery journey, helping them achieve their goals, and coordinating treatment plans.
Build Community Connections: Establish relationships with law enforcement, healthcare providers, and community organizations to support individuals' holistic needs.
Manage Clinical Documentation: Ensure all treatment plans, progress notes, and interventions comply with ACT standards and regulatory requirements.
Support Team Growth: Provide training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for ACT team members.
Crisis Intervention: Assist staff with urgent situations, ensuring individuals receive immediate and effective support.
Quality Assurance: Conduct audits, assess service effectiveness, and implement improvements to enhance client outcomes.
What You Bring
Experience: 3-6 years working with individuals managing chronic medical conditions, mental health disorders, and/or substance use disorders.
Leadership: At least 2-4 years of supervisory experience, with a passion for mentoring and team-building.
Education & Licensure: Master's degree required; must be a licensed mental health clinician (LICSW or LCPC) in Washington, DC.
Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other standard software applications.
Strong Communication: Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, inspire a team, and advocate for clients effectively.
Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
