Essential Duties include the following but are not limited to:
- Accounts Receivable Schedules and Collections
- Manages F&I & aftermarket vendor payment schedules
- Tracks General Motors eCommerce sales and reconciles payments/discounts
- Log vehicle Inventory into Accounting
- Cost Accounting for Vehicle Sales
- Deposit and Bank Reconcilliation
- Cashiering
- Title tracking
- Dealer Trade (Vehicle wholesaling) Accounting
- Any other tasks deemed necessary by the Controller or Owner/CEO
Qualifications
- 2 Years General Accounting/Bookkeeping Experience - (General Motors Dealer Accounting Preferred)
- Has Jim Winter Values – (BASICS Below)
- Team Player
- Strong Communication Skills
- Organizational Skills
- Completed Culture Index Survey.
