**The Internship** The Walmart Realty Internship Program offers a rewarding 11-week paid internship during the summer of 2025 for undergraduates graduating between December 2025 and August 2026. This internship is designed to prepare associates for a career with Walmart Realty by working on meaningful projects, networking with industry experts, and developing essential skills while enjoying an epic summer! **About Walmart Realty** Walmart Realty is one of the worlds largest Real Estate Organizations, connecting communities through industry-leading sustainable assets. Our operations span the entire asset lifecycle, including Portfolio and Development, Acceleration and Support, Construction and Execution, and Facilities Services, which maintain Walmarts extensive store network. We are looking for undergraduate interns to join the Walmart Realty Construction Management Team, Real Estate Business Insights, and Fuel Operations. The Walmart Realty Team is the team that builds new stores, remodels stores, builds Walmart fuel Stations, and builds business insights for Walmart Realty. The undergraduate intern will have the opportunity to spend time within the Worlds largest Real Estate team this summer. A Realty internship at Walmart means a chance to lean into the Construction Management team, Fuel Operations, and Real Estate Business Insights team. We are looking for students who are innovators who love to identify and solve problems; and love working with competing priorities while working for a Fortune #1 organization. **Walmart Realty Internship Opportunities:** New Store Design & Development Intern:
+ End-to-End Project Leadership
Oversees the full lifecycle of new store development-from site strategy and capital approval through design, permitting, and grand opening-ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
+ Cross-Functional Coordination & Risk Management
Leads collaboration across Real Estate, Construction, Store Planning, Legal, and Government Relations, managing consultants and vendors, mitigating risks, and driving operational excellence for scalable expansion.
Estimating Design & Development Intern:
+ Cost Analysis & Budget Development
Supports the preparation of detailed cost estimates for new store construction and remodel projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project scope, schedule, and financial targets.
+ Data Modeling & Benchmarking
Assists in analyzing historical cost data, market trends, and vendor pricing to develop benchmarks and improve forecasting models for future projects.
**Fuel & Convenience Intern**
+ Collaborate with the Fuel & Convenience team to **enhance customer experience and engagement strategies** .
+ Support projects that **optimize the customer journey** and improve operational processes.
+ Assist with **innovation initiatives** , including technology integration and process improvements.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Global Tech) to **develop engagement programs** .
+ Contribute to **data analysis and insights** that inform strategic decisions.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Must be actively enrolled in a graduate degree program.
+ Expected graduation date between December 2026 - August 2027
+ 0-2 years of full-time relevant experience
+ Interest in Real Estate Development and Construction Management, and Real Estate Business Insights
+ Collaboration-first working style
+ Innovation-driven mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
+ Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication
+ Strong analytical and project management skills.
+ Strong time-management skills
+ Willingness to relocate to Walmarts Home Office Hub (Bentonville, AR) after graduation.
